Out of the Fire

Who does Slade bow down before? Not a single person. When I drew Slade I knew I wanted to capture as much of his personality as possible and how else to do that but with this arogant pose, walking out of the flames of the apocalypse totally unscathed. I am pretty happy with this but I am aware there are a few flaws, probably because I allowed my focus to waver before I was finished with it. Never mind tho

Drawn and coloured in PS CS2 with Wacom Volito2 tablet. Total time 3 and 3/4 hours.
