Brother Blood

This was another of my put-asside pieces that I have finally finished and I'm actually happy with this one. Although Brother Blood is a complete and total psycho I wanted to give him a beautific smile, you know the kind, the one that lures you into a false sense of security before he rips your throat out.

Drawn and coloured in PSCS2 with Wacom Volito 2 tablet.
Total time 5 1/4 hours.
